Lands of Silence is a French duo with 2 guitar players Florent JALABERT and Remi FAVERIAL. They met each other at school in 2002. After an unforgettable lives performance at the school fest (only 10 people in the public!! ), Florent and Rémi decided to build their own band and to play their own songs.
In October 2003, Lands of Silence is brought to life. From October 2003 to January 2004, they wrote more than 70min of music, and decided to record it. The recording sessions took place in a student room with only a computer and 2 guitars. The result is good enough to present Lands of Silence to the public. During 70 min, Florent and Rémi show their guitar skills with different music style. Sometimes heavy, sometimes bluesy, sometimes dark, sometimes rock and roll…. Lands of Silence doesn’t really play Metal, it plays only music….
